At Merak, we’re committed to delivering your favorite fragrances to your doorstep quickly and safely. Below is our detailed Shipping Policy to help you understand how your orders are processed and delivered.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across Pakistan from our base in Lahore.
2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Same-Day Delivery – Lahore Only
We are pleased to offer Same-Day Delivery in Lahore for orders placed before 4:00 PM on working days.

Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be delivered the next working day.

Same-day delivery may not be available during peak sale seasons or extreme weather conditions or for some reasons beyond our control. If there is a delay in delivery for any reason the customer will be informed timely.
4. Estimated Delivery Time (Other Cities)

Major Cities (e.g., Karachi, Islamabad): 2–4 working days

Other Areas & Remote Regions: 3–6 working days
5. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on delivery location.

Same-Day Delivery in Lahore: Flat rate of PKR 250

Free Shipping: Automatically applied on orders over PKR 3,000
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor your shipment.
7. Packaging & Safety
All products are packed securely with protective materials to ensure leak-proof and damage-free delivery—especially for our glass bottle perfumes.
8. Delivery Issues
If you receive a product that is:

Damaged

Leaking

Or incorrect
Please email us at support@merak.pk within 48 hours with unboxing photos or videos. We’ll resolve the issue promptly and bear the return shipping cost if required.
9. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery throughout Pakistan.
Note:

COD may not be available for orders above PKR 10,000

10. Failed or Missed Deliveries
If our delivery partner is unable to reach you:

You will be contacted for a redelivery attempt

After two failed attempts, the order may be cancelled
