Returns and Exchange Policy

We’re sorry to hear that your Merak product didn’t meet your expectations. At Merak, we truly value your satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free return experience.

Please read our policy below for complete details on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

 

 

1. 30 Day Return Policy – Try It, Love It, or Return It

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to us within 30 days — no questions asked.

 

 

2. Product Usage Limit

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be used no more than 10%.

  • Perfumes that are significantly used above 10% are not eligible for a return or Exchange.

Any return or exchange will be checked and approved by our Quality & Control Department. 

 

 

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and approved by our Quality and Control Department, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 working days.

Refunds will be transferred to the bank account provided by you at the time of return approval. Please note that:

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

 

 

4. Non-Refundable Orders

  • Orders with a total value of PKR 10,000 or above are non-refundable.

  • However, these orders are eligible for exchange if they meet return conditions.

 

 

5. Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Products

If your order was delivered with any of the following issues:

  • Product damage during transit

  • Leakage

  • Wrong item sent

We take full responsibility and will:

  • Cover the return delivery charges

  • Arrange a replacement or refund as per your request

Please report such issues to support@merak.pk within 24 hours of delivery, along with unboxing pictures or videos for verification. Claims made after 24 hours of deliver will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. 

 

 

6. Return Shipping Charges

For standard returns (i.e., where the product is simply not liked or didn’t meet personal preferences), the return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.
